  • Quality company

    We’ve rented before from Fox. Line was short at the airport, car was brand new. Prices were 50 Percent less than others. Easy drop off. That’s why we’re using Fox again

  • Avoid! Price gouged by middle man company on a different continent

    Used rentcars app and a made reservation and paid deposit and also paid for full insurance. Upon arrival at the car rental company called OK Mobility in Greece, they practically forced me to buy additional $300 in insurance from them despite already buying the insurance from rentcars. They threatened to block my credit card for the amount of $2000 until I returned the vehicle if I didn’t buy their premium insurance. They completely disregard the other insurance and told me to call rentcars in Brazil and get a refund, which of course they flat out refused!

    Because my credit card was my main source of money for my trip and it was 10:00pm and my wife and 4 kids were tired waiting in the lobby after a 12 hour flight…I regretfully paid the $300 ransom. Lesson learned, I will only deal with reputable companies like Hertz from now on. Very unfair business practices and very unsatisfactory customer experience!

  • Confirmed rental messed between the rentals

    When you have many rentals on your booking overview, your last rental (more important) will be completely lost between your finalized and canceled rentals.

  • Worst ever they charged and I never got the car

    Try some times to get in contact with costumer service to get my refund and had no response, the agency where I was supposed to get the car they don’t have an automatic car available and not even the sit for 5 which is the one I payed for it and they just confirmed like I got the car and they said I have to called to get refunded , and I did and never happened.

  • Don’t have a good customer service

    I rent a car and I try to cancel the order never receive help of carrent because the company viggiare need a international license. Loss money and need rent a car on airport

  • Decepção

    Péssimo serviço da locadora e suporte impossível! Fiz uma reserva na locadora Más para retirada de um carro em 30/12/2023 após as 15:30h ; após o extenuante voo a Cancun é uma desorganização total na imigração cheguei à locadora debaixo de chuva torrencial e ali fui informado que não me entregariam o carro! Cada minuto uma desculpa, ora o cartão de crédito deveria ter mais de um ano e nas instruções, ora minha CNH não estava nos conformes (posso dirigir até caminhões pesados) e ora outra coisa e coisas e tal! Percebi que o problema não era só comigo pois todos ali não estavam conseguindo retirar seus carros reservados! O meu cheguei a pagar uma ou duas das prestações combinadas e mesmo assim NADA! Descobri que eles não possuíam carros para entregar a ninguém ou seja um golpe !! Depois de passar todo esse stress e sem conseguir contato com os Srs, aluguei outro carro em outra locadora, apenas que o valor cobrado foi o de 1.800 US$ por um carro simples (March)!
    Essa empresa junto com a Mex que é a mesma coisa não deveria estar listada em seus registros pois a vergonha e a decepção vão direto para o intermediador! Uma vergonha cair em um golpe desses! Usar o dinheiro para girar e na hora inventar qualquer coisa para não entregar aquilo que fazem propaganda - oferta! Quero meu dinheiro de volta (340,70 US$ - ou as prestações pagas pelo cartão) E que vocês tomem providências quanto a essa empresa que desonra vosso compromisso!! Veredito Golpe contra o Consumidor!   • The worst ever first experience. La primera y más horrible experiencia

    I had a reservation for today December 1st @guadalajara int airport (Jalisco,Mexico) when I arrived to pick my car up the car rental company denied me the service because my driver license had a minimal damage. I’ve been trying to reach customer services in this app to get a different option or a refund and there’s not way to reach them by phone, social media or email. Nobody replies me by email or Facebook, I will never recommend this app as an option to rent a car, because they don’t have a customer service department, its phone number doesn’t exist and they don’t reply DMs. I hope to get my money back.

    La primera y muy mala experiencia con esta app, no tienen un número de atención al cliente, tuve un problema con la reservación de mi vehículo y traté de ponerme en contacto con ellos para que me dieran una opción diferente o cancelar y solicitar el reembolso de mi dinero y nadie responde por
    Facebook ni sus otras redes sociales y el número de teléfono que según tienen para “atención al cliente” no existe.

  • Scam

    I pay for my a reservation and due to I wasn’t abke to do my trip, I email them to cancel and No one respond! There’s no way to call them! No customer service. Please be aware of use this app

  • Cancellation Scam

    I’m currently trying to cancel a reservation and there is no way to contact the company. This company is labeled as an 3rd party therefore you cannot cancel through the actual car rental you’re renting from. I have no way to get my money back. It states you have 24 hours in order to have a “free cancellation “ pitifu
