It’s ok but could be better
Look at Nordstrom App and do the same. E.g. click and collect delivery could be attached to the item right away so that I didn’t need to fill it in every time at check out. Annoying. Filtering is not easy: you cannot filter by size, colour, etc in one go, you have to open filter multiple times. That’s annoying. And when I tried to filter dresses, the filter simply didn’t work at all! The App kept showing all 1500 dresses to me after filtering!Show lessKalina Styling and Image

Delivery charge
I really want to support a local business however I can’t understand the delivery charge?? Especially when spending over €100, no one else charges like this. I genuinely only purchased from you as I can’t find my size elsewhere.MRSO2
Worst Retail Website on the market
Items are advertised as “available” but follow-up email will tell you they are not after purchase
You need to follow-up continuously for refunds - totally exhausting as no one gets back to you despite numerous phone calls and emails
Vouchers not correctly applied at checkout so you end up paying the full price
Items shown as delivered when they have not been sent!
All of the above are not one-offs! I am amazed they are allowed to trade online.Show lessLBlack7
