Commercial programming
During commercial breaks the app will play off-brand/station songs. A lot. Even in stopping/re-starting the stream and often even after cloaing and relaunching the app.
CarPlay issue.
Good but not great. Thank you for the recent update, which is an improvement, I just wish that it was a smooth user exp. via Apple CarPlay. Also when whenever it plays a random song that fit the stations vibe, usually during a commercial break, I listen to the app in NY. When its a lame pop song I usually close the app and open KEXP (Seattle) bcuz they play fresh/new music frequently. I like getn turned on to new music, from various genre.

Great station. Poor quality app.
The app keeps freezing during Apple CarPlay. Why?? As of 3/22/25 its not working at all!

I love having the djs, commercials, call signs, all of it. I live in Cincinnati and worked in radio for many years (a long time ago). We had an amazing alternative station, WOXY 97.7 FM (the Future of Rock n Roll). You are the closest thing I've found and I love it!
You guys are still (as close to) the real deal (a little less Blink-182 would be ok), and I feel the magic of radio again!
My stations (previously owned by Jacor) were so involved locally in the community, really in the fabric of the city. We had the Flagship Rock station, WEBN. Now it's IHeartRadio and voice tracked and #9 in the ratings. Very sad.

Can’t seem to listen in the UK
91x is my favourite station - is there a problem with tuning in in the UK!?!
Ads are frustrating!
I'll be listening to a song, and right in the middle of a song, a commercial comes on. Seriously?!
Commercials…
Love 91X but the app is frustrating with the constant commercials every time the phone changes from WiFi to cellular and back. If you’re moving from inside to outside, commercial, go back inside, another commercial, go to the mailbox, a commercial each way. A commercial when you walk outside your office, another when you walk back in. If you stay in one zone the entire time you listen, just the normal 91X commercials. Bring back Cantore

Good app, but...
The fact that they choose to play music during the commercial breaks (especially the ones that feature the Mexican PSA's) is somewhat annoying, because that song just cuts out after 45-60 seconds and normal programming is resumed. I liked this app much better when they would still just stream those PSAs. Reminds me of home.

Nothing but crashes
Sorry to hear that the Resurrection channel seems to have disappeared. Since the update, though, I haven't even been able to get my 91x app to open. It has crashed every time. I deleted it and downloaded it again, but no better. Missing my mobile 91x.

Very difficult to find Resurrection Channel
The new update is not user friendly for Resurrection listeners. It took me several minutes to find it. You have to make 5 clicks to go thru the maze to get there. Not advisable if you want to listen in your car while driving.
Where is the resurrection channel?
What happened to the resurrection channel on the app? That was the main reason I had the app in the first place. Deleted...
Where's the good stuff?
No more of the old 80's tunes that made this station a San Diego icon. What's the point? The old app had both new and old. Bummer.
Resurrection Radio Bugged
This app constantly crashes and the Resurrection stream often won't play or just stops. It's been this way for a long time.
Still Buffering Audio
I love 91x, but all it does is buffer.

Don't need an alarm clock to listen. Useless. Bring back a straight forward app to enjoy 91x
