Doesn’t alway work
The app doesn’t work every time. When you try to re-open it, it gives you “busy” message. Lots of room for improvement.
The door “rings” but the door has disappeared
One day it’s working, next day the door’s are no longer paired and do not show in the app. Trying to sign-out/ in and pair again doesn’t work. Calling support does not help. The in app help doesn’t help either. Over all it’s not a good app and clearly an afterthought
The app won’t pair, no support
After the app updated, it no longer pairs with the IP gateway meaning you can no longer answer calls at the door.
Can’t unlock my door!
Can’t unlock my door anymore! I can only use the phone function. The key function isn’t there!!! Please fix this or offer a legacy!
Do not update!!
My iPhone 11 Pro Max automatically updated to this version. Lost the remote unlock option after the update. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app-now I cannot pair my iPhone through the IP Gateway. So basically, I cannot use my phone to remotely control my door!!
It’s a shame I did not have a recent backup and no option to go back to the previous version!

Pictures in history
The app does not save the pictures so when checking the history you sre unable to see who it was. Please fix this !!!
