The app is handicapped
It works it’s unclear and always drops my enabled touch log in but my established email and password are foreign and unrecognizable. Changing your password is difficult and calling the help line was futile. They couldn’t help. Somehow someone was able to get my credit card information and use my card to buy merchandise and get away with it MobiMoney seemed like the quick solution to preventing this from happening but it hasn’t been that at all. I am very disappointed in this app. I don’t recommend it.

Needs work
After downloading I was able to use it for ATM withdrawals. Everything seemed fine than I received a cancelation notice from my insurance company. After research I realized that I activated the insurance plan with the very card I activated through this app and it was blocking the transaction. Although I thought I enabled and disabled certain aspects correctly. Apparently not. After almost 4 hours talking to branch associates and customer service (all very nice and helpful) they either never heard of the app, or couldn’t help me solve the issue. Revered me to ‘watch the instructional videos’. In the end they found out that I could delete the app and all info would revert back to before the app was installed. But not without giving insurance company routing/account number to process policy. When developing an app please talk to your employees. They will be the ones getting the irate customer phone calls, not you the developer. Also teach them how to use and trouble shoot problems again they are the ones receiving the phone calls.

Love the notifications
I really love the real time notifications and the ability to temporarily turn my card off if I’ve misplaced it. My biggest complaint is that the balances in the accounts don’t always update. I’ve had the same available balance for the last week, but when I check my Account through the credit union the balance is MUCH less! To the tune of around 600 bucks. This could get people in trouble if they are only looking at mobi money and not keeping track.

All good, until...
Worked great until my debit card had to be replaced due to fraud. I’ve tried everything to add/replace my main card with no luck. I’ve even tried to register a new account and get error messages. I really liked this app when it actually worked - but due to high recurrence of card replacements, it’s frustrating when the app just isn’t doing what it should. I’ll update my review when there is an update or solution.

Pretty good if you are looking to manage your card use
It gives more control on bank card use, pretty nice idea.

App is not quite ready for the road. Does what it says it's supposed to. The only problem is a card cannot be deleted once entered. Just turned off. Not good. Needs work. Also have pending charges and some of those have been processed and 1 should not be paid. Can't get rid of them. Still needs work. Lots of work

Protects my card and money
Takes a while to learn what all the settings are for but can make changes on the fly. Set limits, locations, types of merchants and turn my card off if needed. Works great on my iPhone. It's separate from my Banks OLB but that is fine. Still know balance and spending.
Good Sometimes
It is good to turn off my card if something happens to it. It may be 2 days behind on my balance from my banks regular app. The refresh icon you have to hold continuously to get it to update, when it does. I very rarely use this app and don't recommend it as your primary app.
Update Soon Pls
This was wonderful until the latest update. U can transfer money, set notifications, turn off card, and more. In the new update, however it no longer shows accurately how much is in the account.

It's not a fancy app but it does what it says it does. Turns cards off and on and gives me notifications when my card had been used. The best part, for me, is that it tells me how much I have spent each month.
