Login is terrible
App itself once in is manageable
BUT my god to get in is terrible .... logging in requires user ID ( usually email) and then entering a password
In this day and age why is face recognition or thumbprint access so difficult to add to app especially since I believe app is 2 years old .

Not worth the money
As a rep, this is my least favorite application to use. Always a struggle to deal with, especially with accounts that have horrible service. SPD and Hospital Staff want to get rid of it.
User interface is glitchy, templates are pointless if any instruments go missing, yet to see any updates for 2 years that improve the app.

Great app for Vendor Teams
Keeps all vendors and their teams updated with pertinent case info. Great support team as well!

I love this app and use it all day everyday, I wish the company could make it Apple Watch compatible!
Decent app. A little cumbersome at first
Gets the job done and necessary at some facilities. However needs an update. Please add Touch ID!
Thumbprint Login
You really need the thumbprint login ASAP. Was told this was going to happen months ago!

Please add thumbprint login or save some login info. Nothing about this app need to be extra secure. It needs to be more convenient and easier to open quickly.
