Must have Lao Keyboard!
When I first updated to iOS 13. I was unable to switch back to other keyboards and was stuck on Lao. After iOS 13.1.1 update everything is back to normal. Please do update the app yearly! 🙏🙏🙏

Great Lao keyboard however
Functions well however the size of the characters are too small, even with the font at maximum size.
