Hang problem
Application freezes sometimes after making payment to esewa or imepay. Problem occurs when going to back to dashboard and trying to log out. Issue on iPhone 13 iOS 18.0.1. Please fix this issue.
Inconvenient and irrelevant app
Charges us for service and the service is slower than 2G. I am always struggling with this app, there is always something going on when i want to do the transaction.
Can't update outside Nepal
Can't even download app overseas. Is there regional lock or something? I can't update the app. It's disgusting.
Mobile banking
Shame on saying’ A grade bank. Can’t even make online transactions or fonepay when needed. It is so embarrassing for me to line up in a queue to make a payment and won’t work. Disappointed.

Worst banking app I have ever seen. I could not transfer money to other bank account. How can you be so irresponsible in the service you provided?

Worse mobile banking service and lazy workers specially in birtamod branch. I have been visiting office from 4 days. But till now nothing is working.
