  • Great App

I love this app. It's simple, easy to use, has a nice look to it, and functions well. I like the ability to select whether a bottle is breast milk or formula, as well as the list view, which allows me to quickly see how many feedings have occurred on a particular day. The app is a useful tool to show my pediatrician so he has an idea of how feeding is going. My only negative comment is that this app does not offer an Apple Watch application. It would be so much easier to use, since breastfeeding really limits use of hands, especially with a newborn who is not yet capable of keeping a good latch without me using both hands to support him and the breast.

  • Great app!

Very happy with this app. It's simple to use and helps me keep track of baby's schedule. I only wish it had banners or notifications - I tend to forget when a timer is running and it would be nice to be alerted of a running timer when not in the app (it does alert me about feedings > 1 hour when I'm in the app). However, since I can edit the start time and duration of any activity I can always edit when I forget and leave it running.

Also, the support team is incredibly helpful and so responsive. I once emailed them with a request and the responded (with what I needed) in six minutes. So impressed.

    Well worth it. Great app.

  • Really the best you can find

I love this app. I've used it since my second child was three days old and she's now 2 months.

    Pros:
You can retroactively enter information, which I couldn't find in any other app. This is of utmost importance because it is quite often you forget to enter the information in the frenzy of having a newborn and need to enter it later.

The list of activities (nursing, diaper change, sleeping, and bottle-feeding) is easy to see at a glance, as they make different-colored icons for each activity.

You can make notes in each activity.

    Cons:
Although you are supposed to be able to share the app with someone else, it never allowed us to share. My husband is a computer programmer and couldn't figure it out, so I doubt anyone else could.

Although they allow you to log four different activities, it would be nice to have several more such as burping, major milestones (vaccines, etc.), spitting up, and fussiness. That way it would be easier to track behavior and therefore maybe come up with some hypotheses as to what the child needs or what they are going through.

The icons are all similar colors so it's hard to detect at a glance what is happening.

Although I really like that they have a trends section, it would be nice if they had an option for the last day as opposed to, or in addition to the last 24 hours.

All in all, I really recommend this app. The cons are not nearly enough to make me not want to use it.

  • Must Have App for New Parents!

This app is essential for new parents! My husband and I have been using this app for the last 5 months (since our daughter was born) and I can't imagine not having it. It allows you to look at trends in your babies routine so that you can plan a schedule. It also helps you to understand why your baby might be fussy, when you are still learning their signals. It's been nice being able to follow what my baby is doing when I'm doing errands and my husband is watching her (he tracks her through the joined account on his phone). It definitely beats charting on paper! 😃

  • Great app - clean, straightforward, easy to use

I've tried a few other apps including the Medela one (terrible) and this is by far the best one. It has a nice interface that is straightforward and simple. It never crashes, hasn't mis-recorded any data or quit working, and isn't bloated with a bunch of superfluous features. The timers are great and I love that I can edit entries or add in old ones I've forgotten. The support has been amazing - my request for exported data was fulfilled within an hour. The developers listen to what the users want and are on top of building out those new features. You can also share the app with your your partner or helper by simply having them use your login credentials on their device. I really have no complaints since the main feature I want added (ability to track pumping) is in development. In the meantime an easy workaround is to record it as a nursing session, make a note that it was a pumping session, and it will show up in the feed as such. All in all, it's a great app and I would recommend to any parents.

  • Tech oriented new dad

With the birth of our first child, we quickly learned how important is to keep track of feedings and their results. Especially with breast-feeding, it is essential to note how frequently the baby nurses, and for how long. And as a measure of how much actual nutrition the baby is receiving, it is also critical to track wet and dirty diapers.

This app does an outstanding job of allowingsomeone with only one hand free (possibly only one finger) to track this information easily. The design is simple and elegant and easy to use. Add to this the fact that it allows data to be shared between my phone and my wife's, and it clearly stood out from all of the apps that I researched for this purpose.

The designers indicate on their Twitter feed that the two features that we most would like to see added (track of pumping, and export so that we could mail reports to the pediatrician) are in development and we hope that they arrive in time to be useful for us.

In the meantime, thanks for this wonderful app.

  • Everything on one screen!

First time mom - the only thing I'm really wanting to track is feeding times, especially since I am both breastfeeding and supplementing with formula. All the info I need is right on the home screen, and I can get to any of the logging options without flipping through a bunch of screens. This app made it so much easier. Well worth the dollar. The free one from similac was driving me crazy!

  • First time mom

First time parents here. So far I have really liked the ease and simplicity of this app. I also like how clean it looks. There are a few updates that I think could push this app up a notch. First my husband likes to help out as much as possible. So if my phone isn't in reach he will start an activity for me. Problem is some times he will fall asleep or do a chore and I need to finish the activity and I can't from my phone because he was the one that started it. Since it's a shared app it would be wonderful if I could stop the activities he has started! Second feature that would be nice is to have a pump option. When did you pump for how long and how many ounces. My lactation consultant wants me to track that and it would be nice to do that in one spot!

  • Simplicity!

I love the simplicity of this app! It keeps track of everything a new mommy needs. I tried keeping a log of everything on paper but I always lost the paper, pen, or would forget to write it down. Plus, I had to remember what time she started eating and which side she ended on. That was way too much for a new momma that only gets an hour of sleep at a time. Occasionally, I still forget to enter the info, but it is much easier to tap my phone a few times than remember when I started feeding, how long she fed on each side, and which side she started.

  • Best baby app out there, and I tried a lot!

Soo happy I found this app. I tried so many different ones and was super annoyed by the inefficiency and convoluted nature of the apps. I was ranting to my husband that I just wanted something where o could tap start and stop and track sleeps and eats and not get bogged down by too many options or clicking though tons of different screens... And then I found this! There are definitely little bugs and things that would help everything run a bit smoother. But I have faith the fixes will come:) I'm just super pleased there's something this great to start with! I can be patient for the updates:)
