Good app but needs to fix my purchases

Hi! We are glad to inform you that there are two easy ways to regain access to your previous purchase of the app. Variant 1: Just go to the top-left menu, tap on “Support”, then on “Contact us” (from the top-right corner), and then on “New” (also from the top-right corner). Then, please attach a screenshot of your Apple receipt that proves your purchase of the FunEasyLearn app. Variant 2: Just reach out to support@funeasylearn.com, attach the screenshot of your Apple receipt and briefly describe your request.
