Customer service is terrible
I bought the advanced version but it would not download. I sent three emails and one Facebook message and no response for a week. Finally got one, and the fix didn’t work. They have never replied. Don’t waste your money.
Good but listening is tiring
Like the companion phrase app, the voice pronunciation is flawed with poor quality play. Gets tiresome quickly listening to the jumpy, machine sounding voice.
