DONT BUY THE TAG
The app is useless! It doesn’t even let you save any details! The app is so outdated, I don’t get why they can’t fix this! From looking at the previous reviews, the app has been like this for over 4 years. I’m lucky that I got my tag at a cheaper rate or I would be fuming as I know that some people paid £50 for theirs 😡 I’m shocked at antler, I really am

Don’t bother...
App is extremely flakey and wouldn’t even let me get past the stage of registering my Leash It device.
I tried it on both an iPhone 6 and an iPad Mini 4 with the same result, so at least I can say it’s consistent.

Simply didn’t work on the app. Useless device.
Nothing works
Bought 2 of the buttons for a holiday, I have tried both and found that although that app recognised them, beyond that it is a total waste of time. Details don’t save, you can’t get help, it’s a horrible app really and utterly useless. I’m surprised Antler have put their name to it. My two buttons will be going back to Antler, and the app deleted. Rubbish!

Complete waste of money, doesn’t save information , doesn’t alert you when baggage arrives anywhere as claimed. Tells you where you are (like you don’t know). Complete waste of time and money don’t buy this rubbish. If we could give it zero stars we would, we thought as antler were selling it must have been a quality product boy were we wrong. Not amused !
