Almost perfect
It’s an app that takes your freediving Apnea table and makes it super easy to follow. There is an O2 table, Co2, and Pranayama table that most freedivers will be looking for. However, the biggest flaw, and its a big one, is that it doesn’t help you keep track of your Apnea PR. You would basically have to remember, or write down, your longest hold to see if you are improving. They should definitely have a log that can graph how you’ve improved after you start training.Freediving123
