You guys ought to be thrown in jail for false advertising! You advertised a user manual for IOS 13, and yet I can find nothing greater than IOS10! What the hell is wrong with you?
You not only waste my time, but you also stole $15 by telling me that you had videos of instruction to help me understand IOS 13! By the way, the videos are nowhere to be found!
