Glitchy and slow
Having spent a tidy sum on my stove and WiFi module, I really expected an App that was up to the job. This app falls way below what is expected! Having been warned off the app and WiFi module by my official installer (he told me that a great deal of people have complained to him about it) I still went ahead and bought one as I need to control my stove when away. This app really should be much better than it is, when you take into account the cost of the stove and the WiFi module, which I had to buy separately. The app can be extremely slow to respond and on many occasions keeps refreshing, often displaying an error code. When the app does respond, on a few occasions, it shows that it has carried out my chosen command, for example to turn the stove off, when in reality, it hasn’t....which is extremely annoying! Come on guys! Your stoves are some of the most expensive on the market (and the best), please design an app that’s just as good!
Update….the Wi-Fi connection box and app are still awful. What now makes things worse is palazzetti have a subscription model, which having spent so much money on the stove and the connection box, should be free!
