I’ve paid for this game twice now! It’s wonderful to have it again. Like an old friend!
I have loved this game for many years across many platforms & it is always a fun way to pass the time 👍
I loved this game on my computer years ago so I was ecstatic it has returned. However, there are many bugs that need fixing. You cannot save the game, when you click return to game it freezes, also, ads everywhere. I can deal with ads, but am having trouble dealing with loosing your levels every time I go to play and have to start over.
I liked the original Dynomite game from pop cap on my old palm digital assistant. There are a few knock offs, none of which I've found to work properly. This one got an update and I though, hey, maybe it will play better, more like the original.
Nope. Now you need something called "golden eggs" in order to play. No information one how or from where one is to get these golden eggs. So now all you get are ads and demands for golden eggs and you can't play anymore, even with primitive responses.
I used to have this game on my PC years ago. I didn't need golden eggs to play. The graphics and sound effects are the same as the game I had, but this app needs some tweaking. I realize they take time, energy and money to make, but it's kind of a hassle to play now. Also, the "please update" page keeps showing up even though I already did. Sadly, I'll be deleting it. Thanks for the effort, though.
Fun game but there's too many Gliches. Shooter shows a different color than you shoot sometimes. Eggs shoot and then disappear and more. And it cheats by giving you all the wrong colors so you die on the stomped puzzle.
So, your replica of this awesome game is the only one that has Fossil. Amazing! However, you need to readjust the "touch box" of the eggs. Sometimes eggs shot can pass through another egg, making me sometimes frustrating. And if you can add some of the classic Stomped Puzzle from the PC version, I will give you 5 stars. But overall, good effort!
P/S: You forgot some of the fossils in the PC version. Fix it!
The only issue I have is that I can't play Puzzle Mode or Time Trial correctly. On the PC version, certain colors of eggs disappear from the slingshot after you clear all of that color from the board. That doesn't happen on this version, making it nigh impossible to finish the Time Trial or any of the puzzles.
Regarding Dynomite: I downloaded this game as I was used to play it on my PC. I have enjoyed playing the games... especially "fossil challenge". Recently I played fossil challenge to a successful end and won 275 points for my effort. But when I tried to play fossil challenge again, I was somehow unable to enter. I felt that perhaps I had not enough points to play it again so I purchased 500 additional points through iTunes so now I had a total of 775 points... But still I had no way to play another fossil challenge game! Then I was advised there was an upgrade available so I chose to upgrade thinking that may hold the answer to why I was still unable to play that game. After upgrading, I was told I would receive 100 points for upgrading... Great! Then when the 100 points were added, I was shocked to see that my existing 775 points had totally disappeared! I was expecting an additional 100 points to my existing 775 making a new total of 875... so not only did I lose my initial 275 points and my 500 points I purchased through iTunes, I still am unable to play fossil challenge... it appears that I am now "locked out" of that game. Can someone please tell me what is going on with the game and what management is in charge to give me some answers?
I found that I can again play Dynomite when not turned upright. If vertical, (7 1/2 inch sides top and bottom) the touchscreen directions don't work. With iPad on it's side, (9 1/2 inch sides top and bottom) the touchscreen directions are currently working for me. Hopefully, this problem will be fixed soon. Getting a crick in the neck. :)
