Credit card payments don’t work
Combined with the fact that there were problems with their phone payments with Mastercard and that there aren’t more options to pay for a foreigner, AND that their service is non existent, this has been a completely rubbish experience for me. I’ve now left the country and im unable to pay the bill - I’ve also heard that they make it impossible to cancel, even though the sales person expressly told me that it would be ok. No puedo pagar mi recibo
Me dan un plan a un costo y me terminan cobrando por uno más caro. Llamo para que resuelvan el problema y no hacen nada. Luego de que haga mi 3 llamada recién hacen el cambio, ahora quiero pagar mi recibo y la app no funciona. Llamo para que me den una solución y me dicen que la app está mal actualizada y que haga el pago en otro lado. Yo trabajo todo el día. No tengo el tiempo de sobra.
