For version 3, L'Ardèche du Sud has been completely revised from the ground up. Fully re-written in SwiftUI means an ultra-fast, easy to navigate app that is instantly familiar for iOS users. Content has also been updated and expanded. You can now choose whether to use Apple Maps or Google Maps to calculate routes. Version 3.2 add the following: Share action with long-press options added to entry detail screen. The entry detail screen now also has long-press context menus for all three action icons, so you can view and copy specific details or use an alternative routing app. Visual overhaul of the List screen and the Entry details screen. Tips added about app use on the Info screen. Additions and corrections to content. Significant code optimisations and small bug fixes.

The landscape is varied, there are beautiful villages, a market is always around the corner, there’s loads more to do than only canoeing, and, and, and, and... How do you pick the things that really look great to you? ALWAYS WITHIN REACH If you have an Apple iPhone, iPod touch or iPad then you’ll always have the essential information for your vacation with you. All sights and photos are contained within the app and are available off-line. CAREFULLY SELECTED, CONCISE DESCRIPTIONS Clearly sorted in a few categories it’s easy to find the things the author finds truly worthwhile; after all, he has been living there for years. A paragraph or two per entry is all you need to decide why e.g. a village or a special sight is worth visiting. If you need to know more you can click through on the website link or phone the number in the entry description. MAPS TO FIND YOUR WAY AROUND A few moments on-line suffice to retrieve a full map of the southern Ardèche. L’Ardèche du Sud will show you all entries on the map. This way it’s easy to see where you are and which items you would like to visit. Click on the car icon of a map entry and the route to it will be calculated for you.
