My sister got this game and it looked pretty fun so I got it. When I got it for some reason nothing worked! I tried pressing the things and then I pressed download but it would not work! Please fix this because I really want to play

It’s a amazing game... but why do I have to pay to get the models? Some of the anime models I really want some of those anime models! There are really great models in this app. But I have to pay for them.
