Hi there :) I am sorry you have the feeling you can not use our app. Did you notice there is a free version of it? You do not have to pay. The subscription is optional. There are some restrictions but the use of our app is still possible. Bass Booster is the result of extensive development, and we want to continue improving and updating the app. Actually, at the beginning of 2023, we are going to do a major update regarding the features and the available content. In order to do that, we need to monetize the app. We understand that this might seem paradoxical while you are using the app, but we strive to find the best balance to make Bass Booster the best it can be. Hi there :) I am sorry you got a subscription you did not want to. To ask for a refund, you need to follow Apple's procedure: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ They are the only ones to be able to manage it. Unfortunately, we do not have any control on their policies and I have to warn you that some of our community's members already told us their request had not been approved by Apple.
