app format nice / interface a bit touchy

Like now issues can be purchased individually through the app. Layout/format pretty good, though scrolling through an article while reading can be touchy leading to link unintentionally tapped or pages sliding to next/previous articles when not intended.

Amazing publishing’s

This is a fantastic source or current and past issues and affairs.

Suggestions

It should be more fonts size currently it is too small hard to read. Colors paper should be add. Able to highlight and take notes.

Recommendation for next update

It would be great if there were a way to tweet articles from the app with the hyperlink others could access on the web. It’s a chore to log into the Diplomat on the web to tweet from there - so much so that I don’t bother.

I am a fully paid subscriber however the ability to not download magazines so I can read them offline is unacceptable. The content itself is excellent however in this day and age If you can’t download the magazines (which I paid for btw) for offline reading what’s the point in having an app at all??

Great content poor app

The app has several shortcomings. Among them the app doesn't work in landscape mode on an iPad. It doesn't work offline (for us traveling types). And when you leave and re-enter it doesn't remember where you left off your reading.

It is unfortunate there isn't a better way of getting this excellent content with a better delivery mechanism.

Doesn't Work

The only feature on this app that works is the part where you can give them money. You cannot read the articles, and they will not even load. I've wasted $9.99 on an issue, and the app simply crashes to the phone desktop instead of working at all. Completely unprofessional and indicative of The Diplomats quality.

Good magazine, would be great if the app let me read it.

Everytime I open the app and click on a issue to read it, it try's to load and then crashes. I've tried reinstalling, resetting and a combination of both. It won't even let me access previously read issues. The app help sends me to their website which doesn't actually have any app help information. Any tips to fix this would be great....

Crashed all the time

Subscribed. Crashed all the time.

Disappointing so far, as it does not work at all.

Discouraging that this is what a paid subscription ($60) gets you. Looks snazzy and renders beautifully, but this is all moot as I cannot open a single article without the app crashing without even trying. Perhaps the diplomat should have waited to launch the app to make sure the mechanics were all there. Puzzling, too, as how hard could it be to design and code an app to basically deliver text...?
