Completely unusable
Impossible to create an account. Will only give an error.
Terrible
App repeatedly crashes whenever I try to put a payment in, a problem which seems to have been present for years. Furthermore, the app refuses to log me back in after I had deleted and reinstalled it in an attempt to rectify the aforementioned crashing issues; now, I can’t log back into my current account or even make a new one, as the account I attempted to make after this issue “already exists”. Attempts to log in are only met with a pop-up saying “Error”.

It’s been crashing when I need to add money all of a sudden

Don’t trust this laundry service nor this app with your money.
Doesn’t work
This app has no password/login recovery. I have money in an account and can not access it. Also cannot find customer support to access my account/money.
Problem with latest update
Ever since the latest update, the app crashes every time I select either of the payment types when I need to add money.
