Hi. I love the game dog hotel. I think the graphics look so realistic. I have just noticed that when grooming the dogs, not all the soap goes away in the second rinse. I would be delighted if you guys would take the time to fix it so that the dog is all done after a towel dry, and not still soapy. Other than that, I love the game.

Rubbish game !!!!!!!!
I was on the game for the first time I downloaded it and it looked perfect from the start , as I started to play it it told me to open the shop button , I tried to but it kept on saying WiFi not connected so I decided to turn off my WiFi and put it back on again , I done this 3 times and the app would still not let me onto the shop button so I could not finish/ Cary on, with the game , please fix this faulty I’m looking forward for it soon!

Level 3 Is Stuck
When I get to level 3 I can’t go onto the next level, no more dogs come in and no come out! It’s so annoying can you fix that?

Love the game but it’s SUPER crashy
OMG. I love this game a lot, and that’s weird coming from someone like me. I usually get over games really quickly, but I’ve played this game for a while now, and I still love it. I’ve already bought all the other pet hotel games, and I love them just as much. BUT I do have one problem. This game crashes on me ALL THE TIME. It won’t even lag. It just out of the blue crashes and exits me out of the game. The worst part is that when I rejoin, ALL the progress I’ve made that day is gone. Other than the crashes, though, I would totally recommend you guys to my friends.
P.S. Honestly, the whole princess, pirate, ect. room decor is kind of strange. Also, add more vet care.

It’s kind of breed descriminating if you ask me...
I honestly love this game. But the only reason why I downloaded it was because I thought that there’d be a pitbull breed in it as one of the options. I’m honestly about to uninstall it because there isn’t! It kinda pisses me off because there isn’t not only a pitbull as a breed option, but there’s no Rottweilers either, there’s no Cane Corso’s, and there’s no Bullmastiff‘s. I know people that would legitimately buy this game from the App Store for a lot of money if they actually had all breeds in here and not just the ones that have a “somewhat” good reputation. We’re supposed to help their reputation by making it better. Not just ignore there breed altogether and not make a difference for them. It’s sad that any of those breeds aren’t in this game. I find it highly discriminating..

Fun, but I want more dog breeds
I really like playing this game and it passes the time. However, why are the only dog breeds in the game poodles, labradors, Yorkshire terriers, and bulldogs? You can buy German shepherds, Australian shepherds, and huskies for real money, but that’s it. What about Golden Retrievers? Maltese? Pugs? Labradoodles? There are just so many dog breeds in the world that I just don’t understand why the game only has 4 (7 if you count the ones you can buy). I see beagles in the adds, but not in game yet. Also, for those of you who rated this game one star because you can’t skip adds, you can skip them in the top right corner, even though there is no x. How do you upgrade in game? I can’t figure it out! Please let me know and I’ll give this game a better rating. I’m rating this game 3 stars because it is fun, but I miss other adorable dog breeds! Please add lots in the next update!!!!

Great game but there's a few bugs that need to be addressed
I love, love, love this game its so much fun. But it crashes and freezes quite a bit! Also I wish there was new obsticals you can do when you upgrade the obstical course. Finally I know yall need money but I wish you could use coins to unlock the rest of the dogs. Even if you do like a special event where you can use in game coins to buy the other dogs that would be awesome! With the thought of events there should be events that happen like add missions to complete every day and you get coins and experience points. Like I said before I love the game I am at level 20 now and still gonna continue to play! These are just a few issues that I have noticed along the way!
Update: I finally got to level 36 and bought everything! But now it's done leveling up so now you just take care of dogs and it's quite boring that you have nothing else to do other than gain money. Very boring please please add more stuff!!!!! Add things like "oh no your bath tub over flooded! You have to fix it and pay 500 coins" or "oh no one of your dogs escaped last night! You won't get any money from this dog!" Stuff like that would be more fun and interesting. That and I've noticed a few glitches and crashes but those are just simple things that can be fixed.

Great game
This game is amazing! The graphics are very realistic and the controls are simple. One problem tho, it keeps crashing and deleting my progress. Like one minute I would of washed my dogs and i am playing with them in the garden and the next it crashes and I go back on to my dogs not washed and not happy! It is sooooo annoying! Please look into it. Other then that, amazing game!

Great Game!!
I rlly like this game, it’s probably my favourite game at the moment. I love the graphics and how the dogs are very realistic and act like real dogs! I am a person who has always wanted a dog but we are unable to have one. However I do have a pet rabbit but this is not the same. This game makes me feel like I do have a pet dog in real life!
However I feel like there could be a few things to add to the game. I think that each dog should have a certain personality. For example let’s say that one of the owners said that a bulldog that they wanted me to look after was aggressive and needed training. I think that the dog should really be aggressive and you have to train it to make it calm! Also I wish that there was a wider verity of dogs.
Apart from that I REALLY love this game and I would recommend it to a lot of people. It’s the kind of game I enjoy and is very good in general.
