Functional but annoying
Why does Consors Bank require two apps for doing an Überweisung? Having a separate app for security authentication is totally daft—the security features should be in the banking app itself. The app, like the website, also boots you out and requires a new log-in after a very, very short period of time. One should be able to set that time at one’s own discretion, at least up to five minutes.Show lessBerliner
Abstürzte und keine Übersichtliche App
Heute habe ich versucht mehrmals die App auf meinem iPhone zu starten. Die stürzt jedesmal gleich nach dem einloggen ein. Ich habe keine Möglichkeit mehr die App zu nutzen. Die letzte Möglichkeit vielleicht wäre zu deinstallieren und neu installieren. Da habe ich aber Sorgen den ganzen Prozess mit der Aktivierung und so weiter wieder durchführen zu müssen.

Sehr sehr kompliziert und umständlich
Eine der schlechtesten Banking Apps von der Sichtweise der Bedienerfreundlichkeit. Zu viele Passwörter und umständliche Prozesse. Die Kombination aus mehreren Apps um überhaupt irgendetwas zum funktionieren zu bringen ist höchst umständlich und sofern die Möglichkeit besteht würde ich jedem der kann von der Nutzung dieser App(s) sehr deutlich und stark abraten.Show lessJoe1473957205
Good concept, buggy build
I generally find the app's usability and features alright. I can do nearly everything I need to do. However, it has some major stability issues both on iPhone as well as on iPad - when switching apps during a session, especially when doing this more than once, the app tends to lock up upon return to it. The error that it wasn't able to establish a connection pops up and afterwards eve app is unresponsive, so that I need to manually terminate it. This can even happen upon return from the round trip to the SecurePlus Authenticator app. I have a very fast network connection, so timeouts are unlikely and the problem is too persistent and present since many months on all mobile devices This has cost me considerably due to the inability to issue a purchase or sales order for stocks.Show lessderlino

Features are constantly being removed and conditions get worse and worse for the customers. Very poor!river_rage
A lot of bug
In last 5 minutes of using the app I’ve had 4 bugs. At login, at money transfer, at looking at my transfers and at analysing the last month spendings.
That‘s basically most of the app functionality which doesn’t work properly.muwnro263
