Helpful in an area with few options
I live in the Teton region and use the Duet app many days to travel the 20 or so miles between my house and my work. It is been easy to coordinate carpools with neighbors and other people who I work with who live in my town. Earlier on we had trouble with Duet recognizing our pick up locations, as we live in rural areas and may not live within a 3 mile radius of each other. But this issue seems to have gotten fixed. A lifesaver for commuters in Bay Area
I take the shuttle to commute from South Bay to SF city every day. It’s definitely better than taking the crowded Caltrain, not to mention they pick you up at your door! You can track the real time location of shuttle in the App.
The only thing I think they can improve is punctuality- some drivers tend to be late at pick up every time while most drivers are pretty punctual. Duet should have punctuality review for each ride in the App.Show lesscoffeerain
The answer to commuting hell
This service has changed my life. Thank you duet for your ingenious solution to commuting hell. I now have two hours a day of my life back. If you are not fortunate enough to work for a big tech company that has buses going down the peninsula duet is for you. They have WiFi on the shuttle and I spend my time productively checking and answering email and other personal and work tasks. Getting email out of the way before I am at my desk has increased my productivity significantly. If you live in soma area or near twitter building In Sf and work down peninsula you may want to consider using this service . Also the app is getting better all the time.
