If you do not receive an answer within a few days, make sure that you have correctly entered the email address. This is one of the most frequent reasons when we cannot help you. Or check your spam folder. Because sometimes e-mail systems believe that our support mail is an unknown address.It WAS great!!!!
Until a couple of days ago, you didn’t run out of magic extremely quickly. Now it requires like 3 magic to clear bushes and 5 to clear trees... which has really really slowed down gameplay. I liked that I could reorganize my village whenever I wanted, and now I can’t even have enough magic at one time to clear a small plot of trees and bushes. It was absolutely awesome before that, though.Show lessjessisunshine94

Ever since the latest update i no longer recieve droplets which makes playing the game pointless as i cant do anything with my village cause by time ive waited for more to be made at the alter ive not got enough to actually do anything so spend all my time just waiting, if droplets still appeared i could do things!Show lesschannie9526

I love this game so much and I’ve been playing it for quite a while now, but with the recent update I’m not enjoying it nearly as much. I hate that it now costs mana to take out weeds or even a treasure chest! I don’t have enough mana no matter what I do. I wish it would go back to being free to get rid of weeds and such.Show lessgriff551

I enjoy this game... But, I am now concerned with the in-app purchases for this game.
I recently bought the Chloris’ special for 1.99. Game crashed as soon as payment went through. I also never saw any of the items I bought. I tried to find a contact to have this purchased restored- no luck. I’ve also restarted the app multiple times. I know that 1.99 isn’t much, but i did pay for it.
Could anyone please help me?!

I love this game when I can open it!
This game is really fun and I love the storyline, unfortunately since the last update I haven’t been able to access it and it just keeps crashing on the loading screen. I haven’t found a way to fix it and honestly I’d just like to be able to play it again!CorbiBizu

I love Greek mythology and I love this game I had this game on desktop a few years ago and I just got it on my phone but I could’ve sworn that I used to be able to have my residents cut down trees. I studied the lumber science but I guess I can only remove trees using magic???? Before getting the forester’s hut I never had enough lumber and I was constantly using up all my magic to collect any. My city is almost completely covered with trees but using the altar only gives me so little magic in such a long period of time so I have no way of efficiently removing them all.Show lessAmeee12315

Spent ages building mania so that I could get things done. New update wiped all the progress out, reducing mania to ridiculously low levels so now it takes three times as long to get stuff done! Even more waiting around, like there wasn’t enough of that already! Not happy, give us our earned mania back or I just won’t bother playing anymore!Show lessJkhealyt

Thanks for the update BUT my mana was up to 150 and your update has put it back down to 46. Can I have my mana back, please? Took me hours of gameplay, placing objects for happiness to get the mana to 150 so I’d like it back.MARJ9009
