This is no ordinary “thumb drive” smooth, seamless and super compatible. Wanted a removable storage device I didn’t have to worry about between operating platforms. This is IT! I just updated this app version 4.0.4 sence that it don’t work at all on my iPhoneX !! I can’t see or transfer pictures or videos it says that needs to be connected will it is connected to my iPhone I’m stock now with a none working product I also lost all my pictures n videos that I had beacause it’s not working properly I try to contact the company but never had a answer back....Show lesssoy1de3aztlan

Depending on what model you have the iklips wasn't working on my iPhone X I had to do a firmware update provided by them and is back in business, thanks again!kesto1
iKlips 4.0 and 4.03 don’t work
I use an iPad Air 2 and before these updates it was working fine. Now the app gets stuck initializing and doesn’t sense when the iKlips is connected. Customer Support is dreadful.Eastcoast99
IKlips worked great
Very easy to use. Install their app & plug it in. It gives u a list & u choose what to save photo/contacts etc. in about a minute it’s done. Then plug into a computer or laptop. Works very wellklipp61
Doesn’t work
Purchased the iOS drive last week. Downloaded three videos from YT, worked fine. Today (Saturday Nov 4) an update that is such a different format I can’t use, and then trying to simply transfer photo files from iPad to flash drive doesn’t work.Esteban Bicycleta
