Good game but one problem
This game is great and all but it does sometimes get really frustrating with how quick the days go by on ur person and it makes it pretty hard to get enough cells to get a lot of the sicknesses
Love it BUT,STOP MAKING THIS GAME SO HARD AND ITS WASTING MY BIO COINS!
So, I enjoyed playing this game, but the only thing that makes me mad is how hard the game really is. Now, I can beat mild,moderate, and sometimes severe, but when you buy the boosters, and you lose, you don’t even get your BIO COINS BACK! It just seems like a waste of Bio Coins. Another thing I want to mention is how hard the game is. I mean yes lethal difficulty is only for experienced bio inc players, but the fact that you have get a lot of stars to get to the next level, and the difficulty makes it almost impossible to get through all the stages.

I really do enjoy this game but it’s got way too many ads and the ads have like multiple like crosses you have to click and it’s really annoying and it’s definitely because of the game that they have the crosses but otherwise it’s a really good game

Pretty good
Game is pretty good but recently I’m finding that diseases are devolving constantly, sometimes immediately after paying for them. Also finding that on the unstable level, diseases are rarely evolving even when I pay for an increased chance - thought that the point into his level was to focus on risk factors and let diseases evolve themselves? Getting rather frustrating. Can try any strategy in the world, if your diseases keep devolving before you have a chance to gain points for anything else, you’re losing.

Good! But is it realistic?
This game is amazing, I love the type of game and how it’s played. I don’t get it sometimes though. If the heart system stops working… why do the other systems still work..? Same with the brain or the lungs. I also think there should be less DTS’s but no chance to get nothing on it. Amazing game though!
