Purchased on phone but won’t work on ipad

Thank you for reaching out to us about this issue. This is not the experience we want you to have. Currently, we recommend that you can use the AppleID account that you purchased for the app to log in to the App Store of the new device. Make sure the internet connection is stable and re-download the app again. Enter the game, tap one locked level to play, and tap the Restore Purchases button multiple times in the pop-up window.
