Needs updating
iOS 10.3 reports that this app needs to be updated to continue to function.

Don't bother
The audio stopped working and it no longer provides pronunciations. This was why I spent so much buying this app in the first place. No updates are available, no support is offered. Very disappointed!
Update the app
Why don't you update this app. It is not working with iOS 10.
Content reasonable but features poor
Sound doesn't work on ipad and there are no verb conjugations which is a feature of the cheaper version. No response from Larousse when contacted by email. Not worth the money. Very disappointed.
Complete for Fluent speakers. Complet pour niveau très avancé ou courant.

This dictionary is very complete, to me the most of the market. I recommend it for all levels including advanced ones. I don't find it that expensive considering it does English from/to French. Often dictionary apps only include one way.
The sound works fine for me (Bought once, it works on my iPad and iPhone) but otherwise, the IPA (phonetics or word sound) is included which is quite helpful.
The history feature is quite useful if you want to go through the words that you have looked up.
Apple should make it possible that the dictionary is accessible from another of their apps. None of their dictionary apps do that yet.

Le dictionnaire est le plus complet du marché selon moi. Je le recommande pour tous les niveaux y compris très avancés. Pas si cher si on pense qu'il comprend anglais-français et inversement. Ce n'est pas toujours le cas pour les autres applis.
Vous pouvez écouter la prononciation des mots, et si ce n'est pas possible pour vous, la prononciation phonétique y figure.
L'historique permet de réviser les mots que vous avez cherchés.
Ce qui serait intéressant, c'est qu'Apple donne la possibilité d'accéder au dictionnaire depuis ses applis. Aucune des applis dictionnaire ne permet ça.
J'ai acheté également le Grand dictionnaire espagnol-français, tout aussi génial.

Sound doesn't work
What's the point of paying so much for an app if its main selling feature - the ability to hear the words in French - doesn't work. I have an iPhone 6. Very disappointed.

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi c’est si difficile de trouver un dictionnaire en 2016. J’ai payé en pensant que ce serait un vrai dictionnaire, avec définitions exhaustives, suggestions de synonymes, etc, comme un vrai Larousse devrait être mais ce n’est que des synonymes. D’ailleurs, j’ai cherché quelque chose d’aussi commun que le mot avant-midi et il n’est pas dans la liste de mots. Je suis vraiment très déçue d’avoir payé pour cette app. iTranslate fait la meme chose, pour 0$...

Great when the audio works, but that does not always work. Re-installing does not help. When it doesn’t work in this app, it also doesn’t work in the free online program. The great Larousse needs to do some work to keep audio working.

Very good
Searching is very quick, and I've never failed to find a word. Integrated vocal pronunciation is great too. The only thing it could do to be better is make conjugated verbs searchable, but there are other apps for this.
This app needs an update. In-app pronunciation sound doesn't work and crashes the app since iOS9.
