They DID NOT fix the sign in Bug
I am constantly having to resign in over and over again to the point that i have to completely restart my device to get into my own bank account to deposit checks. This app is a joke. Every time i sign on it’s frustrating and miserable, and its not just the app thats bad, the in person service at the banks are bad too, the staff has attitude. Do bother with this bank or their app, save yourself the frustration.Show lessiEATNarcissist
Connectivity Issues
For months this app will not let me log in and says “We are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues.” It used to be a great app.Forced to pay for nothing
Piece of crap
Wow they gave up a perfectly good app and developed this garbage. Every third time it freezes and gives you an error message. It says to call a number but I have learned just close it out and restart it. Once you successfully log in, it becomes a guessing game as to what is going on with your account. Fix this MESS.Show lessleaving this bank soon

The previous online banking was better. User friendly and all options on the first screen. Do not like this new bank app versionmiss kluge

It’s good app lets me stay on top of my account without going to my computer for everything, hopefully they will add Face ID soon so I can use it with my new phone no more finger print on my phoneCocoKW1

This website is on Fleek.. I believe that's what the youngsters are saying these days. The mobile deposit option is great, it saves on postage because I'm a Wisconsin cheese head living in Michigan, and I don't have to mail deposits in anymore! This app is very convinient. I love it! Easy banking wherever you go. You can do almost everything: from a simple transfer to depositing your own check, paying your bills and so on. Even if you are not able to make it to one of their many offices, its available 24/7!!Yasi0730
