This app is probably the worst sports app I've seen.
So much fun
This game is a blast to play! I just wish the app was better. It freezes a lot and sometimes you don't get points because it crashes. But when it's working? It's a blast! Much more fun at the actual game too as there is a delay on the radio.
Not Active?
There have been so many times I have tried to play Top Line and it tells me the game is not active. Um, I'm watching/listening to the game right now. Pretty sure it's active.
Also, there were a few times I would try to change my Top Line but only one line was available to choose.
The radio cuts out sometimes, but this is somewhat understandable as it is streaming over the Internet rather than hearing it in the traditional over-the-air way.

Useful during games
I used this app while at the mods center for the game. I checked in, earned badges for the game, and enjoyed seeing the score. I wish when using the app away from the stadium it would explain why you are not receiving badges or able to play the game. It is clean and easy to use. I have liked listening to the games on the radio. I would recommend this app to my friends who attend games with me however I am the only one using an apple phone.

Great idea, but doesn't work consistently
So excited when this was released. But since it's come out it hasn't worked correctly game to game. Sometimes the radio doesn't load or cuts out from time to time. Tonight the Top Line will not load. Keeps telling me the game is not active. Maybe I do not understand the error message but the game is definitely playing. Also, you cannot check in with it, always tells me the game has not started - but I'm listening to it. Haven't tried to buy tickets through the app yet.
Hope the Winterhawks team get a fix for the app soon - excited for the creation!

poorly executed, but cool idea.
ETA: i know that the app is still in beta, but there's no contact information or bug submitting option in the app (what's the point of beta testing then?).
original review: just plain doesn't work, yet anyway. it closes randomly, you can click things a million times with no response, won't always let you check in at a game, times out with most operations, and took me about 20 minutes of perseverance just to sign up for an account. cool idea, but so far poorly executed. hopefully future updates make it usable.
