Rarely ever heard back within the 24 hour timeframe

Aside from not hearing back from anyone via text through the app, which is now “disabled”. This happened while I was waiting to hear back. During this week long wait and phone tag they don’t answer why the app is down, and there was zero notification. Aside from that I ran out of meds I am not supposed to run out of.
