Please Update App
It looks like this app hasn’t been updated for quite some time. Although there is current information about Berwyn on social media, the app should not be ignored. For example, your News page has not been updated since 2022, and Berwyn has a new garbage vendor.
NOT UPDATING DURING CRISIS.
If you’re not going to update your citizens during a pandemic and multiple shootings, fires, looting and general panic stricken pandemonium. Why even have an app?
Nicely done
Clean design and sharp use of the mobile platform. This app ties together a multitude of city information for residents and does a good job of presenting such. It can be laggy, but is built on a solid platform.
Very glitchy
The app loads with a blank screen with just a couple pictures up top. It's unclear what you're supposed to do from there. If you pull down the hamburger menu, you have some options but most don't load any content. And when you get content (like Events > Berwyn Brew Fest) you can't see all the content and can't scroll to see the rest of the page. I'm always disappointed when opening the app to see it has not improved.

New neighborhood
Just moved in and want to be very involved in my new neighborhood. This application is great. Covers everything. Lags a little but understandingly so.
