Some good, some bad...

In general, I like the new version, however, I can’t get voicemails to play on my phone. The graphics look nice and it gives all appearances of playing the message, but there is no audio. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

From bad to worse.

Fonality/Net Fortress somehow managed to make a product that didn't work well, even worse. The app crashes regularly, and will not notify you of an incoming call, which is the entire point of the app. You can't access voice mail by extension anymore, either.

New version has problems

I used the old HUD Mobile app daily but since the update there is a major problem. When I call a co worker in my contacts using the app, they pick up the call and cannot hear me. This is a major bug. I cannot recommend this app until they fix this problem.

No more call que management

Nice new interface, but now we can’t log in or log out of our call ques on mobile. Basically the only reason we used the app. I agree it needed a face lift. But bring back the core functionality.

Does not sign out.

Even after closing out of the app and restarting my phone I still get office calls on my cell phone and not my office phone. I have had to call customer support a few times to sign me out. Hope this gets fixed soon.

Needs a lot of work

The app works ok if you didn't have to leave the app on for it to work. Meaning if you need to text someone or look at email, review schedule or any other app it will not work. So your iPhone become useless when you need to use this app to answer incoming calls.

Chat threads get superimposed

I open 1 chat and then close it. Then, when I open a second chat, both the first and tge second chats are visible and superimposed one on top of the other, and I can't read anything on either chat. If this is done multiple times, multiple chats get superimposed. Also, the unreviewed chat counter doesn't seem to decrease after a chat is opened, I still show 3 unreviewd/unopened chats. Please fix this ASAP.

Keeps Crashing

App is decent when it works. It keeps crashing. Thinking they need to do updates for compatibility with iOS 10.

Useless without Parking Lots

Great, new version. Does EXACTLY what the old version did, and everything it didn't do as well. Out of all these features, call parking is ignored once again. I'm so glad we pay monthly for such innovation.

Not as good as it could be

We have used the mobile app for years. It has had its issues and has not been the best for business on the go
I would have thought that it would have improved as technology improved. This app has not. Updates upset the balance time and time again. Tech support. Doesn't understand how to solve issues
Sad transition to an otherwise solid product for the office.
The app I have had for years and success only days.
