    The app is adequate. The Face ID shuts off from time to time. Trying to reset a password is difficult. If you do t log in often enough it locks you out. Very frustrating

    Need newest iOS to work and my phone doesn’t have it. So now unable to use app.
  • Login & Mobile Phone

    Love the app, easy to login and check my balances. They even have a “instant balance” so I don’t even have to log in with my password to check what’s in my accounts. If I do check my account, I saved my credentials with my facial recognition login with my phone and works great just make sure when you change your password for your account, you update it on your phone too. Overall it’s a nice app to have and I see they’re adding more all the time! Great to see innovation for my local bank!

  • Facial recognition

    I don’t understand why the facial ID works sometimes but more times than not it doesn’t. I have called Jones Bank and complained but still no results.
  • Love mobile banking.

    Since the mid ‘90’s we have deposited money by mail from all corners of The United States. I never had an issues or problems. I’ve completely trusted their systems. I am thrilled with the ease of the mobile deposit option. I like the fact also that when I call the bank I talk to people who work at/in the building where my accounts are. I like that there are people there who know me. Not as many now because we have not lived in NE for a long time. Thanks for your service to us.
