Amazing app and it works!!!

I love this app! I have used Sue and James' apps for a while and started this one 11 days ago. I am a person that eats too much sugar too often and with this app, and the support from the group, I have not had sugar since. I'm not even craving it. Couldn't be happier.

Sugar free

Another great app from happy apps. Very powerful hypnosis sessions. If you feel sugar is a big problem for you, I would really recommend this, you can chose what you want to give up, or go the whole hog and stop sugar completely. Weight loss is a great side effect with this too. You can choose from a 7 day, 21 day or 30 day challenge.

Love this!!

This is a great app, you can choose what sugary foods/drinks you want to cut from your diet and for how long. Really easy to use, very helpful in cutting down sugar, gets you thinking!!

An easy and effective way to beat those sugar cravings! Great app but just wish when you finished your challenge there was a more definitive end to the timer!.

Great App

I have just recently completed the 21 day sugar stop challenge and would recommend this app to anyone who is serious about reducing their sugar intake. I feel better and happier within myself and have lost 6kg in the process,also don't have any inclination to have anything sweet. So I say GO FOR IT

No biscuits or cakes for 43 days!

I bought this app following my success with the EasyLoss vgb app. Brilliant sessions. I found the sweets, biscuits and cakes app worked best for me. Thanks James and Sue!

I love a challenge...

And I got one. Not so much a fan of chocolate anymore. Used to constantly pick at a sweet or fizzy drink at every opportunity but I'm not that bothered whether I have it or not. Amazing app

kicked the chocolate addiction

This is brilliant. I used it to kick my addiction to chocolate and sweet things. I have now gone nearly a whole year and only eaten chocolate three times which is pretty amazing for someone who used to eat it every day. And the best thing of all is that i don't miss not eating it. I feel so much better without the highs and lows of too much sugar in my diet
