Our existing app received some minor updates. We are sorry to hear you dislike the changes. But we are deploying a brand new digital banking platform (app/desktop) in June 2024. Our new app will allow you to move your accounts around in the order you wish, in addition to many brand new features and customization. Stay tuned! We appreciate your feedback.
Awful UX/UI
I’m a new customer and local of GI. I work as a user experience design consultant for mobile android technology at UP railroad. I would be happy to consult with your developers on how we can drastically improve the UX of your app… because it is honestly one of the worst things I’ve seen in awhile. And I used to bank at Five Points (so that’s saying something) it would increase professionalism and credibility for the company. I am actually begging you.. if not me, hire another UX professional. But I’d give you a discount. Because it benefits me too as a user. 😃🤝
