Sporadically works
Not impressed. Functionality overall I’d say is a 3 at best. Just kit reliable and clearly put out before it was ready. Bad mistake.

Poor customer support
Can’t get customer service to respond. I can barely use this device; I often need to unplug and plug it in again.
Kind of works
I bought 16 of these things and then found out that the app has an artificial limit of 9 that it will support. It would be really nice if they would remove that.
This isn’t working well
This app needs to be updated to support iOS 13.1.1
Totally Unreliable
This app along with the "smart meter" power socket will disconnect Bluetooth and not be able to pair without unplugging the socket and plugging it back in fairly often. It's a joke.
Rebooting the phone or switching off Bluetooth & turning it back on doesn't help it connect. It happens randomly an is totally unpredictable and unreliable.
When it works, it's ok but it takes much longer to pair than a different Bluetooth smart plug I have.
All & all this setup is borderline garage. Do not buy.

App not working
The app either won’t find the meter, or if it does, I can’t click on it to change the schedule. Very frustrating. Had to unplug it for now until the issue is hopefully fixed.
Plugs no longer found
Plugs no longer appear to be found by the app. They are also no longer following their programmed schedule. Now useless?

Update issues
Device works flawlessly. I was getting upset because it wasn’t connecting after the latest update. I had disabled my Bluetooth by mistake. We are back in action!
