Crashes all the time
I’m really sick that application without which I can not do anything online just crashes all the time and nothing helps.

Only crashes all the sudden

Useless because it crashes - now what???
This app used to work. Now it crashes constantly. Can’t even sign into bank account since the PSD2 did away with paper codes. Now what??!!!

Crasht jedes Mal
Unglaublich - um sein online Konto zu benutzen muss man die photoTAN aktivieren mit dieser photoTAN App. ABER die photoTAN App öffnet erst gar nicht sondern crasht sofort. Wie also soll man denn bitte an sein Konto kommen ????

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung! Probieren Sie doch einmal die App im Flugzeug-Modus zu starten. Haben Sie dann immer noch das gleiche Problem? Haben Sie mehr als eine Kontoaktivierung in der photoTAN-App?
Crashes
App crashes and I can’t use my bank account to purchase anything. I have to wait for a letter in the mail and activate again. Deutsche bank does not offer support. Closing my account. Avoid Deutsche bank .

Not worth the download. Unfortunately there is no other way to do transactions if no Bank in near. Doomed if not working and software is crashing.
