Worst app
Exclusively a worst app it does not show any option other than just showing the loan amount. I was trying to find the part payment link over the app and it was nowhere mentioned. you click on any of the options. It just gives you the meter information and nothing more about the loan for example, if I want to check the outstanding amount, the Principal amount it does not show anything.Show lessniks8850
Possibly the worst banking app I have ever used.

The UI is slow and have many glitches. The page renders for more than 2 minutes just to say sorry an error occurred!chsa93
Useless and Buggy App
Right now the Send OTP button won't work. In the last the option to pick date of birth didn't work. Looks like the app developers aren't even testing out basic login before rolling out. Unfortunately this is from one of the leading NBFCs.vijayhere
Pathetic UI
Unable to login via mobile. This is on IOS. After typing the loan ac number, the screen goes upt and stays at the top when trying to enter the DOB whereby it does not allow to select the date. Have been waiting for a fix for the last 6 to 7 months but I do not see it coming!!Dr Menon
Issue with tab selection in DOB
DOB tab not works properly. Don’t know how they can put app on live without testing by such a big brand.sandeep37
No way to login through otp options
I doubt if basic testing is also performed before releasing to market place, date of birth cannot be selected because poor design of application. It should be matter of shame for one of biggest bank from one of leading digital nations.Deepm@n
