CANT USE JUST FOR LOAN PAYMENT
I got the app hoping I could use it to quickly and conveniently pay my car loan, but if you don’t have a checking/savings account with Westfield, you cannot use the app at all. Very unfortunate.WesleyByrnes

This new version of the mobile app is not good. The print is too small to read and there is no way to deposit a check online. Please fix this.Me25357953156
Worst banking app ever
This app constantly gets stuck, doesn’t let you see images of checks cashed out of your accounts, and is just plain clunky in both design and performance. Really regret changing banks because of how poor Westfield’s online banking runs.kate934
Mobile deposit is a failure
Ever since their holiday closure message regarding fund’s availability using mobile deposit, mobile deposit has not worked. There is not an acknowledgement button or any other way to proceed beyond that screen (which is now complete blank) and a dead end. I have called support a few times and no one has been helpful and their doesn’t seem to be a process in place to address/remedy this problem. As an online bank this is extremely disappointing.Show lessmochi mochi mochi

The Westfield Bank app is great. Everything within the app functions perfectly. The only thing I would to see change in would be a more modern look to the app.MaxMajewski

Great full feature app. You can set up thumb print authentication or Face ID under banking services>manage fingerprint. I also love the convenience of making mobile deposits!ebickel
