Unprofessional app
The app is clearly a turn key solution that is used by AC Taxi - which is perfectly fine, except that they have done the bare minimum to set it up. Even the confirmation emails that are sent when booking a trip contain placeholder images.

Undoubtedly, this app stands as a prime example of the most disappointing taxi applications I have ever encountered. The experience of waiting for a cab for a mere 15 minutes, only to have it inexplicably canceled, is nothing short of exasperating. Astonishingly, I've endured this ordeal not once, but twice, within the span of a month. Coupled with the abysmal customer support that fails to provide any meaningful assistance, I find myself compelled to part ways with this application and have chosen to delete it from my device. AC Taxi
I have always had very good service from all the drivers I have had. I frequently use the taxi service as I am unable to drive and I prefer this company over any other one. The drivers are always polite, friendly, helpful when I need them to help with groceries and they always do it with a smile. Terrible ride service
They have on several occasions “cancelled” my ride I waited 30+ minutes for leaving me to wait another 30 minutes before getting a ride.
Drivers are nice but I hardly ever see them when most of my rides get cancelled.DaxtonM97
Misleading app
This is an app that you think gets you a taxi booking but in fact it’s not a confirmed booking like Uber they just take customers on first come basis. Better to call yellow cabs they take confirmed bookkngs. Also the app quotes a price then they just charge you on the meter which is always higherpwb353
Messes up time zone
Just started using the app and disappointed that it confuses time zones. I like to prebook my ride while I’m in Alberta before my flight leaves. Although I enter the time I want picked up (eg 6pm BC time), when I get my confirmation text, it says it’s booked for a 5pm pickup. So any time I try using the app, I need to call to confirm the reservation anyways. Might as well stop using the app if it doesn’t save a phone call.Show lessBoottothenuts
