  • Poor app

    Can’t add matte lipstick into cart, website as well. So don’t be surprise why such good products are not popular. Because people can’t buy them.
  • Unable to log in

    I created my account through the website but got my QR code through an email. The email also stated that this app will provide me the QR code to scan whenever I shop in store.

    So I downloaded and have tried logging in multiple times, even resetting my password and it just won’t let me.

    I still haven’t received my order after waiting almost 2 weeks for it I have contacted customer care but no one has replied if I was you do not buy from here if you need it quickly 🙁 honestly there products are good but their customer care is appalling.

    liked the concept, however, will continue with browser. literally don’t know why but every time I click ‘cart’, a white flash pops up. It’s funny cause you’d think that would be the most important feature; to have accessibility purchasing products. big bummer since I newly discovered the brand and I enjoyed browsing for the time being.

    Make ups perfect long lasting and staff are polite and really do help
  • Italian content not translated

    A lot of content have not been translated in English (still in Italian). Looks like Kiko neglect the review before making the app live. This is unprofessional.
  • App kept saying I need to activate my loyalty program

    I have this app for a while now and all of a sudden I am getting the above message. As a result I can’t use the app to add points or have my discount in store. I use KIKO product a lot and my points are just sitting there. Help!!!

    Hate the staff in bullring they did not give me 10 percent of my 2nd purchase I only bought stuff the first time for 10 percent of waste of my money and time
