Reviews of A Florist

  • Love this app. Everything you want and nothing you don’t.

Simple, but exactly what I wanted. You can add many photos to the same plant entry, and they’ll be shown in the order they were added, meaning you can track plant growth over time. I use it to track orchids, and also to monitor coral growth. I don’t make too much use of the scheduling feature, but it’s useful as well. Try this app out!
  • Solid Design, Reasonable Cost, Exactly What I Needed

I had tried a few other gardening and planting apps, and some of them are a lot flashier than this app, and some even include some gardening tips. I am relatively comfortable in the garden, so I don’t need gardening guides, but understand that some may find these useful. The drawback of most of these apps is usually the price tag.

I almost didn’t download this app, but am SO HAPPY that I did. I think it’s $3 for the premium version (at least for now). And this allows me to create my own customized version of the more flashy gardening apps.

This premium version of this app is great and allows the user to create numerous ‘catalogs’ to document either individual plants (or many plants all in one, i.e. back patio plants).

This app allows you to create an ongoing timeline of the growing season, and allows the user to set reminders for watering, fertilizing, etc.

I have a few plants that can’t be watered everyday, and are on specific feeding schedules, and this app allows you to customize that!

In summary, I think my favorite part of this app is the customizable format, you can set pretty much anything up and you can track your projects very easily! Definitely worth the money!!

Note to the developer: many thanks! As you are gearing up for the next release, it would be great if the reminder time could be set for each individual catalog (so that some catalogs could remind me in the morning, and others in the evening). Also adding a custom reminder times for specific actions would be a big help! Thanks again

    Developer Response

Thanks for your review. The new version is supporting to setup different reminder time for each schedule. Individual reminder time for the action is a good idea, I will handle it in the next version.
