Description of MClimate Home

We are bringing the home of tomorrow. Smart and energy efficient. MClimate is an IoT company which changes the way people use the appliances they already have. Our products connect to your heating and cooling system, so you can gain control over 70% of your electricity bill. Everybody is talking about smart homes but what exactly does “smart” mean? Our devices learn your preferences and habits - what temperature you prefer, when do you usually get home, how long does it take for your HVAC system to cool down/heat up etc. We use this data to make sure you will always enjoy the right temperature at minimum energy costs! The main goal is to make your home both smart and energy efficient. Our lab tests show that if you use the smart and ECO features of our products intelligently they will pay for themselves in less than a year.

  • Unreliable

A lot of problems including difficulties setting up, loosing connectivity, reseting. During cold days could not rely on it working. Had to disconnect, went back to manual as the lighting stopped working. Next winter will look for another alternative. Too expensive for quality given.

  • Good but frustrating

    Set timers.
    See energy usage.
    Set your location.
    All good.
No boost for an hour or two, you either have to just turn it on and remember to turn it off or set a timer.
Most annoyingly it makes no reference to the temperature sensors (mine weren’t red or blue as the instructions said they’d be).
So you can’t, for example tell it to stop heating when the water (hot or cold sensor) reaches a certain point.
So it does the basic job that I wanted it to (remotely control hot water from phone) but it could do so much more if they built on the solid app.
