  • Avoid RaceChip

    I purchased a RaceChip for my Passat TDI. It worked okay for a week or so and then caused rough acceleration. I tried the troubleshooting solutions in their manual. Nothing worked. I ended up having to take my car to the mechanic and have a few hundred dollars of repairs. I tried to return the RaceChip but was told it was over 30 days. It is difficult to meet their 30 day policy when the device has to be shipped back to Germany.

  • App Needs Attention

    The Racechip is a cool product and all but the app needs a lot more attention especially for a $600 aftermarket performance part. You guys can do better!!! Let us see it!!!!!!!!
