Unable to link
I cannot link up through app, when I press network, app force closes. I have to add network manually.
Recent app upgrade
When you go to settings, none of the options in the menu are visible. You can still click on them and they take you to fields, you just don’t know what they are going to be till you check. Also when sending texts, what you typed isn’t visible. It’s there though, if you send, what you typed gets sent. I am using an iPhone 8. This has happened with the most recent version of the app as of August 10. Version 3.3.6, I believe

Recent Update
The update made the app settings into black bars so I am unable to read the text and I am unable to input text as if my keyboard does not work. App also continues to disconnect from WiFi when my data is still good.

Since the new update, the app is extremely buggy, to the point where it’s easier to log in on the web browsers

I am connected to the device’s wifi. App won’t go past ‘not connected to wifi’ page.

You connect to wi-fi and first thing it asks for is password. Enter wi-fi password and it tells you it’s the wrong password, even though it’s the correct password. Useless.

Downloaded the Alcatel Link app only to find it does not work for Apple IPhone XRs. What a waste of time and Money!
