It would be 5 stars...
I paid $10 for the pro and I loved it. My phone broke so I got a new one. Tried to reload my app(like all the others I paid for) but this one wouldn't load the pro and is trying to charge me for it again. Why is it that my other apps remember I paid for it yet this one somehow doesn't. It's really frustrating. As far as the app itself, it's a really awesome photo editing app. Unfortunately if you need a new phone, expect to pay for it again 😒Show lessB/Silver Fox

Pics play is a good app but could tweak it to improve it by adding more filters and keeping more for free. People won’t buy the packages because you can find it cheaper on different apps. That is my only concerns otherwise a fairly good app. :)picture perfect ;)

I am a premium member, yet have to continue to pay for or give a 'review (for a free one) for filters?. How does that work? So Many Editors To Choose From
I’ve been looking for a catch-all editor, resizes, text-tones, re-lighting, cropping, enlarging without messing up the image (picture to picture proportionate, smoothing, thinning, etc). I DO know for a fact that ProCamera works 10X better than the IPhone 8 Plus camera. I think I still prefer film technology and miss actually HOLDING a picture or album.
This app is okay, as long as they keep their add-on’s within reason. I saw one camera app the other day for over $80! Come on! If you want that kind of camera go buy a Cannon, Samsung, or other $100+ camera! This still is a mobile PHONE!Show lessfenderplayer69

Well these complete scabs chose not to honour the loyal users that purchased the full version of original App...
Instead of updating , as the normal developers would for paid apps.

I get really weary of some of these photo apps they can make them so difficult ! But this one is actually pretty cool. I just got it so I really didn't want to do this so it sort of made me. lol there's pop ups so that's kinda annoying. I like how many effects u can take a picture. With just a regular portrait u can turn it into this cool grungy kinda artist thing. Or make it really classic. I need more time to play with it. Honestly with some practice I think I can get the hang of it, I recommend this app. One thing I had 2 pay 6.99 to get the really good stuff. That kinda sucked. But it's def up there with photo apps one of the better onesShow lessIrisherin95
