Keeps signing me out
This app was first signing my wife out so we started a new Spur Account in my name and now that one is signing me out. Is also very irritating that this long membership number has to be given over to staff for them to be able to load a transaction - surely there’s a better way? QR code scan or something you can do to make this system more reliable and to make the process easier for everyone?Show lessDeveloper Response

We have tried both mobiles as here in South Africa for 2 months, so on both UK mobiles, it says it’s sent the code, not received on either phone, Same problem last week.

The app keeps wanting me to verify my cell number even after it sends me text messages.. I click to verify my number and I don’t get messages sent to me. Try to update my number my information is blank... tried to use it 5 nights in a row and have not been able to so just loosing out on points... get the card it’s so much better than this app.Show less
